Manufacturer Description

This is the original Archxerciser foot strengthening not an imitaion. Designed for strengthening of intrinsic and extrinsic foot musculature and increasing range of motion at the metatarsophalangeal joints. Also used by athletes to A study was done using the Archxerciser. Subjects were randomly assigned to training with either the left or right foot, with the other side serving as a control, for six weeks. No other training took place during this time. At the end of the six-week programm, the subjects were retested for toe flexor strength and jump performance. The results were as astounding**: The results confirmed that subjects gained an inch in vertical, and 4 inches in horizontal jumping distance! This shows that the foot muscles should not be ignored when training.



Compact, lightweight design allows you to take it anywhere.  It is a valuable tool for foot therapy and works wonders to relieves sore feet.  It is very helpful in foot problems, particularly plantar fasciitis, heel spur syndrome and post-op rehab.  You may find that it is useful in the rehabilitation of the foot after common foot surgeries, such as austin bunionectomy.  Also, it helps painful submetatarsa; calluses associated with contracted digits (toes).
